INDIVIDUAL

Starting individual therapy means taking the first step in changing your life. Therapy is a process and I am here to guide you through that process to help achieve your goals. Finding the right therapist to help you achieve those goals is key. Using a relational approach mixed with other modalities we will explore barriers and patterns that could be holding you back and create a plan for a better life.


COUPLES

Being in a relationship is hard work. Often individuals in relationships can find themselves drifting apart over lack of communication or past issues that were never fully resolved. Coming back together is possible. I utilize EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy) with couples to help them acknowledge each others emotional experience so they can learn to communicate and connect again. 


LGBTQAI

Being a member of a marganilized community comes with its own set of challenges. Therapy can help us understand how our early experiences of feeling or being different can be effecting us now. Through this exploration and understanding we can learn healthier ways to cope and change old patterns of behavior into ones that better serve us today.
